A. $__________The Sun Valley Endowment Fund Program.

These monies are invested by the Endowment Committee in a brokerage account according to specific investment guidelines approved by the Session. The principal of these funds will be held intact. Distribution of income or gains in value is recommended by the Endowment Committee and approved by the Session each year with funds being used to support special programs and projects of the church.

B. $___________The Sun Valley Buildings and Grounds reserve funds.

These monies are reserved for major improvements and maintenance of our facilities.

C. $___________The Sun Valley Memorial Fund

These monies are used for either Undesignated or Designated purposes as determined by the giver(s). Note: the monies given will be placed in the Undesignated Fund unless otherwise directed by the givers.

· Undesignated monies are used at the discretion of the Memorial/-Endowment Committee where needed most.

· Designated monies are reserved for uses determined by the donor (the list of Designated Funds and a designation form are included with this form).
